Cannot loot zombies

A few times I've killed zombies, and I always check them for supplies. So far, I am unable to take any loot that appears in the vicinity part of inventory for zombies. I hope it's fixed soon.

Go to the zombie in the inventory screen and press the right trigger to access the zombies inventory.

Be careful looting zombies.  I accidentally hit A and move a zombie item to my inventory, but my splitting axe to their inventory and apparently equipped them with it and couldn't get it back after that.

This has happened to me also, In the middle of the tents at the NW airfield being chase by 4 or 5 Zeds, be careful out there guys.
