Is this correct to assume, this is my understanding, since reading the June 5th status report.

Or am I mistaken?

 

I think they're releasing them together with the 0.63 Stable release aka Beta release.

@Baty Alquawen do you know the latest status/info about release of server files? Can you confirm or deny that the above is still the plan?

Yes, it is still planned after BETA release.
