cannot open

I just got everything loaded, set up my steam and I get an error (cannot open 'dta\bin.ebo'). I have verified all the files are there but it still will not open any help will be appreciated. Thank you

did you google on the message? I did not read myself but it seems more people had this error in the past, also related to ARMA.

Yes I have tried this but it does not seem to fix the issue
