Guy Smiley 534 Posted December 26, 2016 Considering most of the features that are suppose to make DayZ a difficult game are still missing or a work in progress, yes the game is pretty easy so far. There is no struggle to find food, weather hardly plays any effect and diseases still seem to be non existent. One of the biggest issues I see plaguing this game is the pvp-centric crowd coming in thinking this is just a straight up frag fest with survival in the background. Hopefully it will be the other way around where survival is the forefront and pvp is secondary. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You spawn, run around the coast for a bit, get your first gun quite early on and spend a while finding bullets. You go inland and find food and better clothes, then get to the first military areas and find an auto with mag, mil clothing and pack, then continue on to get shot dead by some a-hole you never see. And all in the space of a few hours. But for a continued character it is way too easy. Theres usually no point at all in playing a character for more than a sitting as the amount of gear you can find once you are geared and in the right area is just silly.
