I am an admin for a different game where glitching is also an issue. You don't know how many times I heard the excuse "but he was glitching too, I just wanted to stop him". Because it gets too complicated to check whether a glitcher is only doing it to keep the game fair or just using it as an excuse I simply ban anyone who glitches. The rule is "report to an admin and they will take care of it, don't take measures into your own hand". I understand contacting an admin on Dayz SA is hard to impossible but if you fight fire with fire in the end the building burns down. Especially during alpha / beta stage I would simply avoid known glitch areas. If glitching is still a thing in 1.0 it may be easier to play on servers with active admins on TS or forums.
Gobbokirk 546 Posted December 20, 2016 Just stay away from the jail buildings until we know its fixed. Let them sit in there and collect dust :)
Bonappetit 117 Posted December 21, 2016 You'd only be risking your life by doing that anyway so better avoid the said building. Let them glitch, karma will get on their way eventually.
Atom Quark 437 Posted December 21, 2016 It would be funny if they filled the glitched building with wolves.
