High Capacity Vest not spawning in 0.60

I have checked over 100 barracks buildings. I have checked about 50 military tents [myshkino tents]. Still, i have not found a high capacity vest. However, i have killed players that had it. I would like to know where these spawn if anyone knows, or have they been removed from the loot tables? Thanks.

Definitely barracks. I see them quite a lot. Sounds like you've just been unlucky.

note, i was going to the barracks about kamenka and zelenogorsk, not nwaf

Yes, the new barracks on the SW area of the airfield is lousy with them.

yup can confirm seen over 10 of them spawn, on all the people i saw tonight.
