helicopter crashsite i think the svd can be found in russian hellicopters with the smersh vest but for vss you need an american helicopter which are the ones with smoke i think

No sorry, Russian crashsites for both svd and vss.

The only one I've ever found was on the body of a player I shot in the face. 

Ergo...

Shooting players in the face spawns VSS rifles.

Just run up and down the runway on full servers, and you will find everything.
