Zurvivalist 300 Posted January 1, 2016 Just watched an Anime . And it got me to thinking What would DayZ be like if ( as if possible ) What if the entirety of the player community could fit on one server , granted it would be a much larger map , How would your playstyle change if their were thousands of players on the map , only one server , And death = perma ban? Bororm 1156 Posted January 1, 2016 I wouldn't play a game where death is a perma ban.
q.S Sachiel 470 Posted January 1, 2016 Attack of the Body Snatchers! A bunch of moaning, shrieking fresh spawns mashing their palms into each other's faces. Due to overcrowding and a lack of adequate resources, the fresh spawns have begun devouring themselves and anything within arms reach. *ahem*KIRITOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry bout that... yazar8 584 Posted January 1, 2016 Logically a game that will permaban you after death is going to end up with one single player and probably that last guy will suicide as well.

xalienax 621 Posted January 1, 2016 quite frankly i wouldn't play it. the intital uptake would be fun, but it would quickly dinwdle as players get 'banned for death' which would reduce interactions, risk of pvp, competiton for resources/vehicles/prime base locations/etc. ultimately becoming stale- requiring a wipe/reset at some point- which agian would be unwelcome. Survival games expect a lot of time investment and rely heavily on risk/reward. turining it into what would be essentially be a round-based arena PVP game that drags on for weeks or months would just make me go play something else.
