Disapearing clothing

So random clothing (so far its only been military gear, hi cap vest, plate carrier with pouches etc.) will disappear off my character, I'm not sure if its a bug or a hack or some sort but I'm beginning to think its a hack because it only ever happens when there's other players in the server. Anyone else have this happen to them?

yeah I've had a sword, 2 high cap vests, and a jacket vanish that my character was wearing.  I wasn't in the process of moving or manipulating them at the time.  that was in patch .54.

I've had an issue on Experimental (No clue about Stable, cause I stick to Exp) with items disappearing after I either move it, take it out of my inventory, or try to do something with it (Like turning on the flashlight). Although one thing I noticed is the items usually go back to where I found them (Noticed something similar with chemlights for forever now, that being when I break them and turn them on, then throw it, 1/2 the time they go back to where they spawned)
