I do believe you have Cholera (probably drank water from a pond), find some Tetracycline Antibiotics.

Or, if you have the opportunity and you're feeling an adventurous, take a syringe full of whatever's in those little bottles you find at medical sites.

 

I thought I heard it was better and/or faster than oral antibiotics, but we all need a willing victim volunteer to test the hypothesis.

Wow! I never excepted someone to give me such an honest and accurate answer! I tested it out and it cured my sickness, and even gave me the ability to fly!
