There is something off about AKs....(bug)

For those who aren't familiar with AK platforms, the handguards are upside down and backwards.

That's pretty weird, I recall seeing these images upon the AK's release.

 

 

Must be a bug in one of the recent builds?

Just a bug, report it in the tracker so they'll get to it eventually.  Also the suppressor on the AK74 type rifles is in front of the compensator, I think its suppose to replace the compensator.

It's been a known bug since 0.52 went to stable. (The Happy Holidays patch.)

 

Search the Bug tracker for "AK hand grip bug" and upvote it if you want. (It is already fixed in 0.53 though.)

That's ok, see it on a daily basis with these loot explosions going on. Works better then a tent huh?

Tents are overrated, too little space and they just get wiped every week, we just throw backpacks on the ground for mags and ammo and guns in a pile for daily use. Its nice when you get killed to either have the option of instant regear or scavenging around and regearing. There are only three of us and we just bring excess guns and ammo back to the stash, this is what its turned into by the end of the week. Its nice because its all junk, just basic guns you find in the coastal areas, even if someone finds it and takes it all, big deal, we rebuild it every week. No one has ever found it though.
