Karmaterror 982 Posted December 20, 2014 (edited) There is something that happens on windows where steam is closed....but if you check task manager there is still a process active that's stopping it from starting when you try. You could check for that but I cant see it effecting your mobile device aswell :s Looks like you are right....I just exited and tried to restart and connection failed message.
