Does anyone know where to find those? I know there is one in Novo, Elektro and Cherno, but what about Vybor?

They're pretty common in major cities, that's all I know. I've yet to go to a major city and not find one there

The only teddy I ever found was on the body of a guy I found (after I misplaced some bullets in him).

Severograd quarry has one.. made me laugh I found one there..  I was first on the scene, 2 bears one with .45 ammo one with food..

 

...just meters from a nice new blue V3S.

Seen them in Zelegorsk, each bear could hold 1 item.. so nothing too crazy.
