I found one in a Russian (Mi-8) crash site yesterday. Was actually inside the wreck. I've never seen one in a barracks FWIW, but have probably just been unlucky.

Fairly certain I found one in a row of garages that you find in towns once, too as well as in long barracks.

I found one today at the Barracks in Papalova or however you spell it, was sitting there on the beds, and a grenade below it, luck is in my favor today.
