How can I contact with BattleEye? support[at]battleye.com  and support@battleye.com  neither works.

Another thing. This is the offical forum of the Day Z and you could not do anythig with Battle Eye? Are you kidding me? (Is that a joke forum when people post his own trouble and staff laught of them?)

 

Battle Eye Sucks, I have lost 46€ in 2 steam accounts without reason. I want to talk with the responsable of BattleEye.

Battle Eye is just the service used by DayZ, how do you think forum admins have any control..?

We have no control over battleye is is not apart of dayz it is a separate company,

 

you need to contact them from the battleye website and wait for a response no other way.

 

clean your computer before trying to purchase the game again.

Fu** battleEye "We are going to investigate bans, If in 72 h doesn't have notices of us, the ban was correct" WTF is that, I am not 5 years, I want solutions, not crap. Really they are thinking that in 3 days i am going to forget my lovely accounts? BattleEye service sucks, but sucks in all aspects. It is the worst ban sistem of the world. I was reading in the forum and I am not alone being banned without reason. 

 

It is incredible, why an anticheat bans players who don't use cheats? why? they are monkeys or what? "we are going to take our time for check your ban, because we are going to waste your time peeling bananas"

I was reading in the forum and I am not alone being banned without reason. 

 

 

don't believe everything you read in forums, they will check out your multiple bans and they will unban you if it is unjust.

The forums do not deal with global bans because they are not directly associated or directly in contact with them,

Just incase you did not read the fine print over there-

 

Please also note the following before sending in your request:

• No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity.
• It doesn't matter if you only cheated on your own private server. Cheating on all BE-enabled servers is strictly forbidden.
• It's your own responsibility to ensure that no one else has access to your cd-key or account. We cannot lift your ban if you were banned as a result of cd-key/account theft.
• No details about your ban (including evidence) will be revealed. Hackers would love to have access to this information and therefore we cannot disclose that.
• If you cheated you will have to live with the consequences. Global bans are permanent and no exceptions will be made.
• No support can be given on how to buy a new game or change your cd-key.
