Holding Tent and Server Restart?

Guys I want to ask you what happens to the tent if you are holding it in your hand, and suddenly server reset occurs?

I don't wanna risk it if I find one

Dont know about a tent specifically, but secondary guns will either still be in your hand on at your feet on the ground when you log in again.  I'm assuming its the same for anything in your hands

It should be still in your hands when you return, I havent actually had a tent in my hands during a reset but i have had a second rifle in hands and it stayed there i have had a secondary melee weapon ( had 2 fire axes) and that stayed in hands after reset so id say the tent would to ( but by all means someone who has actually held the tent during a reset confirm or prove wrong this statement.)

and if It stays in your hands, that means you may also pick it up and change server..?

Holding the tent in the hand, you wont lose it.

Other than that, apparently Server maintenance deleted tents today. Can somebody else confirm this?

Lol you and that damn tent , I was pretty confused when they first saw you because one of the other devs was saying something like "it's just some guy with a tent" and thought a battle was gonna go down until hicks checked your pulse lol ... You guys should play first person servers sometime and battle me and my group :)
