basicly you have two (1st and 3rd person) characters , so both have different save data.

assuming you know the difference btw dayz 1st or 3rd person servers, maybe you should try "Verify integrity of game cache" on Steam

now your op.system clean & fresh installed in your new hdd, and you are running it right? try to disconnect hard drives but the one op.system installed. Make sure you installed steam and Dayz in your new 1TB Hdd. same happened to me it is a bug. Items inside the tent becomes invisible after reset. And tent door state is becoming open(locked). If you put a 'new ' item in that tent whole items are getting visible again.
