Make impossible to find "good" loot after server restart.

Recommended Posts

Hi, it would be nice if after server restart places like airports or police stations begin empty of good loot, after some hours will begin to respawn good loot in these places, so the

more time the server is up better loot will spawn.

Right now is like a race after server restarts, everyone is running towards good loot places.

That would avoid server admins restarting his server to get good loot from these places.

I think 24h restarts server is a good time for restart.

Great idea especially with how broken (non existent) loot re spawn and persistence are.

A good concept on its own - might be worth to add during development.

However, in the end a working respawn/persistence system would be better: Server restarts should not change the number and place of loot in general. Maybe with some exceptions.

Now this concept would still work with new servers/shards/hives and in case of greater updates or even wipes so it wouldn't be useless even after the loot economy is finished. And in case absolute persistence turns out to eat too much resources it might work quite well given long enough times between resets.

agreed its funny the server I play on after a restart its ridiculous the amount of server hoppers that join for like 10min then poof gone go to an airfield shortly after oh no loot. I need to start learning when restarts happen so I can make my way there prior an maybe kill some of these hoppers.

Oh people have definitely got lists of what times specific servers restart.

If I could play that's what I'd do.

Servers do not really follow a set restart time. Some are capable, but a lot of others just crash whenever it feels like going down.
