Binoculars - "Secret / easter egg" found?

I don't think it's much of an easter egg, but it's pretty neat. Does anyone know what kind of binoculars these are? Model name? Production years? (On here, it syas this one was made in 1947.)

The closest approximation I could find for these is from the Kazan Optical-Mechanical Factory (KOMZ). Some discussion about various soviet optics (with photos) can be found here http://www.milsurps.com/content.php?r=264-Guide-to-Russian-Optics-Manufacturers with the KOMZ optics near the center of the page. There is also a link that purports to have some history on the company and its products but I lack that much curiosity.

Iv seen this and even if its Soviet made its an amazing tool,

 

Probably like one of the handiest things in game. I always make sure i scout a city with it before entering. It can save your life BIG TIME!
