Can't find any loot in the forest shacks. Are Tent Spawns disabled?

The title is self explainatory, i've tried to find some tents to test if they work i visited 5 shacks and all of them were empty (as not even any civilian loot in it).

 

I have not seen anything regarding this topic yet on this forum or reddit so i wonder if they are still spawning.

Will keep an eye out... just came back after a few months break... was surprise they were looting stuff... though everyone always seemed to only have wellies.

I checked that myself as well and there seems to be nothing in these where on 0.48 you could find wellies or shoes and other stuff like that. Yet the whole looting mechanism seems to have changed for far more scarce loot. This takes the direction of a survival game as DayZ should be so there's not much to complain about, walking for hours to find a pair of pristine shoes, kill each other for an empty mag and celebrate with a can of beans when you find a gun.

dunno piano house still had guns, same with fire and police stations.

 

The random open doors did throw me for a loop at first.  I was running around as a freshy..."damn this down is looted"... multiple times... then I just got desperate and researched and still found stuff.

Ok then i checked if it wasn't server related and it's not. No loot at all in the forest shacks. So no tents too...

Other players confirmed they couldn't find anything in the shacks too.

Anyone check castles? That was another place that tents previously spawned.

I can also confirm no loot in the feed shacks. searched about 10 of them yesterday and at least that many this morning all across the map and found them all empty.

I've found three tents, all in the apartment blocks above cherno/balota but only in the really tall ones that you have to climb a ladder to get into.

yeah, tent now spawn at apartment building, but I have not found one yet..

Loot stopped spawning not only in shacks, but in tents with wooden floors too. Also in one story corner buildings with two blue doors. Also in some other buildings, can't remember now. It is all OPTIMIZATION, brahs. Loot respawning and persistence doesn't work either, after 3 months of constant fixing. So yeah. This is dAyZ.

 I always loot through inventory screen, but no items appeared after I ran through all wooden tents in NWAF, while other tents had some loot. Maybe they are just too deep :))
