Please fucking fix these Jesse Owens clone zombies!!! I cant outrun them, need atleast 10 hits with meles to kill them, wtf. Its fucking ridiciolus. Only ting I can use to take them down is with a gun, and that would trigger all thes KOS fuckers hiding in the woods to be aware of me.... Everytime I come back to this game this shit happens and I get reminded why I stopped playing.... More and more Im starting to think I'll maybe wait for H1Z1 instead to enjoy a zombie apocalypse/survival expirience,,,And yeah, I know this is alpha and alll, but since this issue was the same in the MOD shouldn't the devs have learned by then???

Zig zag moderately slowly while sprinting, the zombies will lunge to the sides of you and miss completely.

Try aiming some time. Go into first person and hit them in the head whilst strafing and dodging their swings. If you aim at the head and the the blood appears lower, adjust a bit higher. Its still in development after all, the animations don't quite match up yet. Headshots will knock them down, then you simply beat the shit out of their noggins while they are lying down and during their get back up animation. If you keep hitting them in the head they'll fall over again. Using this method I can kill most zombies with my fists in less than 10 hits, as long as there aren't a shitload of them. Then you'll need to do this with a weapon like an axe or machete or something, then it'll take 1-3 hits.

Yeah, just what I tought, the fanboys couldn't resist. I survived plenty of times, had cars shitloads of gear and stuff in the MOD playing with my clan so dont' tell me that I cant fucking survive but nonetheless they are fucking annoying. I know howto fucking avoid the stupid zombies behaviour(dont encounter them unless I have a gun), but when they can outrun me and when I cant use the mele weaopon to kill them because they can take countless hits and eventually I get hit and my rags gets screwed and Im fucked it's just fucking stupid. But hell yeah, maybe your right, this game isnt for me anymore, been putting up with this shit far to long....

 

About the KOS'ers, I don't fucking mind them as long as I can mele a fucking zombie with a more realistic approach, and yeah Im a drama queen.

And I don't mind that zombies can run a little, but right know they are world champion atlethics that could have participated in the olympics. Quite impressive for being dead rotten brainless flesh...

 

And I don't know how H1Z1 is going to turn out, and neither does any of you, but it sure got my attention...

Yea, while zombies are in some serious need of fixing...it should hopefully make them more plentiful and harder. If zombies are a problem for you now, you will be quite unhappy later on I think. 

 

Hells High is right and spot on with his advice, its not that difficult. Heck, just shooting 'em down is no big deal, let those KoS'rs/bandits whatever come get me, who doesn't love a good firefight.

And tell me, how is it even possible to destroy rags by hitting them??? really realistic, If I had rags left I would have survived, but no the zombie magicly destroyed them so I bleed to death after i killed the basterd,,,,bullshit

Kaboki, incase you didn't know, their was a disclaimer warding off, well, people like yourself. If you can't handle buggy zombies (Which honestly isn't an issue, like at all) then you shouldn't be here. It was stated multiple times NOT to buy this game unless you're here to contribute to the production of the game, and quite honestly, you're not, you even said you weren't. On the other hand, we all know the game has it's flaws, but give it some time, wait for 2015 to show up, and then try the game. If it ain't still fix by then, go try out H1Z1, it's not that big a deal, it's one less kid whining that the rest of us have to listen to. Enjoy the apocalypse Kaboki, or in your case, don't ;)

This is what you do. Once you aggro a zombie, pull out your melee weapon, wait for it to get within range and then strafe left or right around it in circles without stopping and aim a little over their head and hack away. I guarantee if you do this exactly how I explained you will not get hit by a zombie again unless you get stuck on an object or have a lag spike. Try it out. I ran through Cherno for awhile and killed about 15 zombies and didn't get hit once or fire one round. And I even took on 3 at a time a couple times.

I really don't know how you are struggling unless you are stopping at some point. As long as you strafe in circles around them and don't stop moving, it's very hard for them to hit you because when they go to attack, they attack where you just were so if you are constantly strafing in circles around them, they will miss pretty much every time. The only way they hit you is if you are not moving or if you are in front of them. 

 

As far as outrunning them...I don't know, I usually just kill them but I find running zig-zag works pretty decent. Sometimes they will stop sprinting and start shambling and you can create some distance.
