"Clear screen" Bug abuse?

I just found out about this bug while I was messing around with the configuration while in-game. I was shot a while back and I'm still getting my blood back the screen is still blurry. But what I noticed is if you go to the menu, then click configure, your screen magically turns back into a clear state as if you have full health.

 

I mean, you aren't suppose to be able to see clearly but if you get shot, you could just do this to get your eye sight back and fight back. 

 

The thing is, if you leave a server and come back, your normal blurry eye sight returns but you can just do the glitch again.

Or you can just disable post processing. That is what creates the blur.

I doubt anything can be done about it, because it would involve forcing PP onto people and that would create a giant shitstorm :)
Perhaps they can fix the menu bug, but you can still simply change PP and its gone, so im not sure they even want to bother with it tbh.
