There is no experimental update yet, the experimental servers are down atm (except from 2, locked and used by the devs exclusively).

Anyway, as said many times, they decided not to give experimental patches changelogs anymore, because those would change too frequently, in their opinion. So don't hold your breath for a changelog until the end of the month, if nothing changes.
