I Agree, 

 

there are too many free killers , cheaters, and hackers without control.

Those who dont want this kind of control, for me, they're this guy's without control who think they can make everething.

 

Dear dev think to all the players, for those who want free kill let them but not in our server , but the others who have ideas and want rules to play let them give this opportunity.

I think it has already been fairly well covered.

 

The public hive is a set of linked servers that all have the same meta-game set of rules, to which all server admins must adhere. Basically, open and unrestricted game play. Moderation only for a common list of specific abuses.

 

Once private servers are available, I expect that they will allow people to make a different set of meta-rules, such as RP conduct, rules on PvP, or even "invite only clubs". For right now, if you want to RP, you'll need to incorporate the killers into your RP.

My RP server is in real conditions, but its very dificult to prove that a player  hack or otherwise. and the reason is: we have no information that we can see in logs or other. 

and people repport servers for any reasons. We can not prove that the player have cheat/Hack but the player can repport for kick....

And kick is not ban he can comming back. its just a warning with reason...

 

 

 

Added: Go to DayZ and add in host "Kick" or "Ban" and see how many servers having this in the title... and he continue...  :|

The rules are set because it's in an alpha stage.  BiS doesn't need people screwing with servers this early in development.  It's your choice to rent one or not, they aren't holding a gun to your head and forcing you to rent a server.  Speaking of that, you do not "own" the server, you are "renting" therefore you will abide by the rules.

This shit is already in place. Most servers kick you for just joining their private loot paradise. Some of the are obvious as they mention it in the description "Private server, join and be kicked/or character reset" or some similar shit. But most doesn't warn the player at all. The only warning is the fact that it is not a generic server provider server, but a "clan server" or something similar. If it is a "clan server" or "privatw" server then it means you get kicked when you join. This applies to the majority of servers on the server browser list. The server report system has failed.

OP don't worry, you can have a nice RP server soon. You just have to wait for the private hives to be added. Then you say who can join your server.

 

Hes got a good point though, if a server can be shut down for kicking people. Then the server owner needs some way to provide evidence for why they were kicked. And the other way round. As someone else said maybe there is a way to check the logs?

 

EDIT - if not then should start a new petition "Let server owners check logs" :)

Public-hive server admins need less control IMO, it's become a joke how many servers are disregarding the rules and relying on GSP's to enforce them clearly doesn't work. Once private servers are implemented, admins can be given more control and frankly do what they want as their actions will not affect the public hive. The current system is a disaster though, all public-hive servers should have been run entirely by BIS to begin with.

Okey I respect the rules word after word. 

 

No restart every 4 hours.    ------>  You may perform the following actions on your server  o Restart server 

Never stop my server      -------->  You may perform the following actions on your server   o Turn the server off 

= 

Full Crash server and no loot = Good game guys

 

 

And I can kick to cheat / Hack / Harassment without proof because we can not prove. But we can kick for (harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs) it will say that we are autorized to kick for this reason and in not us pronbleme how to proved but bohémia's to give us the tool for. or review the rules and just say NO KICK and BASTA.

 

 

And I can BAN because nothing says I can not Ban in the rulesand that is a fail from bohémia.
