Odd Occurrence 2, The Global Channel?

Hate to nag on these occurrences, but another strange thing occurred to me and my friend. As I traveled from NEAF, to NWAF where my friend was, we both drop shart bricks in our pants, with no warning we both heard a man speak as clear as day. He had a thick south american accent, and said "Wow, look at these fa---- it's like watching a gay porn" we both responded in voice chat"Hello?" and were shocked to know that we both heard it, and we were separated by 20 Km, we had no radios, and there is no way that we both heard him. this only leaves me with a few questions, was this a glitch where someone was in global by accident, is this an admin power? or was this a hacker about to kill me and my friend before we logged fast. 
This isn't in the hacker thread, because not sure if hacks, would like some input, thanks y'all.

   Most likely a trolling admin. I play on a server with some people, including the admins, and they often troll us on global. It's a common occurance, so don't worry about it ;)

Had this happen last night. Dude was yelling muffled sounding obscenities or something crazy like that. At first I ran to the nearest bush and jumped in. I tried to reply on local and got nothing.

 

I proceeded to log out after 10 min of being horrified alone in the wilderness.

Afaik, It's not Admins like everyone says. There was a glitch where if you were lobbied you could get into the global chat channel. That was patched, Then a new one popped up.

However, Admins may be abusing this on their servers.

Ive had it happen to me a couple of times. Both with mic chat and text.. its really screwed to sit there talking and typing in sidechat, not getting any response. The last time it happened it was like 3 people talking at once, so I doubt they were all admins. I think it was an official server too, but I cannot be certain. I usually stick to official servers.

Yeah definitely happens once in a blue-moon. I've had it happen to me too and it even had a direction, so I tried to follow it.

I know of an admin who has utilized this.  Its pretty easy for them to do.

I was in Elektro with a buddy of mine and saw a new spawn run by the door and a zombie in hot pursuit. I quickly ran out the door and voiced in local for the guy to circle back so I could axe that zombie for him. I ended up killing the zombie, but the guy was running about not responding. He finally stopped long enough to type out "don't shoot"

 

So there we are standing in the street, waiting for this guy to type something else out when my buddy shouts out that he has something in his hands. I turn around to see the guy with handcuffs out trying to get close to my friend, so I pumped 5 rounds of 9 mm into him. For the next 10 min hes going off in a map wide chat about how he was an admin for the server and that we were jerks. Amusing, yet annoying that there was no way for us to respond.

i don't know if it is a bug or not

 

but i have experienced the same thing

 

an admin on global voice will tell you that, usually before the server resets

 

i think this bug has to do with the walkie talkie

Ran into a lot of awful admins that go into global and don't realize/care. You also used to be able to glitch into it, but I'm not sure if they fixed that or not.
