I agree with you.  The knife should accomplish two things as a weapon: it should ALWAYS make a player bleed and it should be capable of fatal blows in the head box (e.g. throat slash, jugular, etc.). As a side note, the Machete should be capable of decapitation (we can talk about Gibs later)

 

 

I dunno about the Machete. Cutting through thick muscle, sinew and bone with a machete would be absurdly hard, if not impossible in combat.
