Loot

Recommended Posts

I think there should be a feature that makes it more loot on populated servers and less loot on unpopulated servers. That way people won't go to an unpopulated server and get best gear in 1 hour. More of a challenge to find your guns and stuff.

So sorta like for evry person who joins it spawns an x amount of loot then spawns more if someone joins

Then players will hop raid server in groups of 10+ in order to get loot and solo players ( i didn't mention Lone Wolves in this case because it affects all smaller groups and solo players in particular ) go out empty! Not so nice idea..although more eyes find more it should be find what you see and not find more the more you are.

That's what he wants prevented. Hopping and farming "safe" empty servers should not pay off => the more players connect, the more risk, the more loot spawns.

His aim is to force a bigger challenge by piling the good stuff on populated servers.

Perhaps it would be possible to make the grade of loot depend on the amount of players.

It would even fit story wise. Characters wouldn't stay in places without loot, therefor the loot is where the characters are.

""Then players will hop raid server in groups of 10+ in order to get loot""

Populations might migrate. If full random (except possibly grade of loot) loot respawn is ever implemented, I don't think it'll be a problem.
