Anyone had this problem?

Recently i have found that if i have a few rounds spare in my bag, and open a full box, the few rounds then vanish and turn to "0" rounds in the stack.

 

This has happened to the rounds used for a mosin/blaze rifle, i had a stack of 18 and a full box, once i opened the box, i gained 20, while losing the stack of 18 which then turned to "0".

 

anyone else had this problem?

 

I have found a way to open boxes without losing the ammo but that requires me dropping all of the rounds of that sort then picking them back up afterwards.

Its an acknowledged glitch that is currently being worked on and possibly fixed in exp servers

Yea, its def. a bug. From what I have tried, and this could not be working 100% of the time, is sectioning the different ammo into different clothing, and than emptying. 

Ex:
Place 15 rounds of Mosin ammo into vest

Place 20 rounds of Mosin ammo into backpack

When you empty, you loose nothing

 

On the other hand, if you empty the 20 rounder in the vest as well, you are very likely to have only 20, and loose the 15.

I've removed all ammo from my person, emptied the mag, clip or box, then pick up ammo again.  Other than that itwill always erase existing ammo upon emptying.

It's been fixed on experimental for a while now. If they'd only release the patch... (;
