Still have NEVER seen a FNX 45 Magazine at the NEA

Earlier, I asked about why I have never seen an FXN magazine at the NEAF (The one North of Berezino).   A lot of you said that I was just unlucky and that several of you swear that they do spawn there.

 

Well, after another 7 or 10 days of me going up there almost once or twice a day, I have still, never, ever seen an FXN magazine spawn there.    

 

Are you guys sure you've seen one in the last 4 weeks?  (Only 4 weeks ago, did I ever start going that airfield).    I have found shit loads of scopes, even pristine, tons of all the good military loot.   But not a single, fucking FXN magazine.   I believe that there is a glitch and that they don't spawn there.  I know they are small and hard to see.

 

 

For those of you that swear they still spawn there, can you please tell me which buildings and what floor do you see them in?   Now I'm talking only for the NEAF, which I swear on my life, is not spawning FXN magazines at least for the last 4 weeks that I've ever tried.

Try the airstrip northeast of Krasnotav

I see them in the jail buildings, in the room with the computers (right next to the computers). Same building, I see them upstairs on the beds and under the beds. ATC Tower on top of the lockers, on the ground, on the desk, around the outside. In the hangars on the ground. 

 

Stop looking there and go find one somewhere else. They are everywhere.

I remember having about 3 magazines several weeks ago, ever since that character bit the dust the only time I've had a magazine is when I've killed someone and it's been in their loot.

 Shit loads of ammo and a fair few pistols, severe lack of clips.

 

They should just spawn with the clip inside, No real reason to keep them seperate.

Appreciate the tips guys.   The reason why I was hoping I can get one at Neaf is because the guys I play with normally want to play in Berezino.  So its so annoying that it looks like the Neaf is the only airfield that does not spawn .45 magazines.

 

Does the police station in that town north of the neaf spawn .45 mags?

I think pistols should spawn with empty magazines, or have a chance to spawn with magazines.

 

/Edit: Oh and if you're looking for pistol magazines best places are probably jail houses and fire stations, I have no idea why pistols spawn in fire stations but that's the way it is.

I found two of em day before yesterday at NEAF when my game kept crashing in one of the jail buildings - I had to adj my vid settings to low just to get off the base but I was not about to skip the loot - anyway they do still spawn there but they also spawn a lot of other places... try the rooftop of the fire stations in electro, found a couple there too, just keep your head down.

the server spawns loot like this:

 

buildings - list of items that can spawn - probability of items in that building - loot drops across all buildings according to what can and how likely it is to drop

 

while you're looting NEAF and wondering why there is 50 helmets and no FNX mags...

 

i'm at balota wondering why there are 50 FNX Mags and no helmets.

 

server hopping does not guarantee loot variablility.

 

looting buildings and areas that spawn loot you want in high probabilities is the way.

This has kinda puzzled me as well.

Or at least increased odds of 1 spawning in same room as the pistol.

Would make most sense, and probably easier programing, to just add an empty or a random number of bullets in it though.

I am 95% certain that Green Piano Houses will not spawn FNX Magazines, because they don't military loot. I've looted a ton of them because Berezino is my default go-to city, and it has two, not once have I found an FNX or magazines for it. I've found tons of Mosins, B95's, Shotguns, and all loose/boxed ammo except 5.56, but never an FNX or FNX Magazine.
