Blades of Blood 10 Posted March 7, 2014 (edited) Hey fellow survivors, created a video comparing a pristine LRS vs a damaged LRS at 500m. Check it out and give it a like if you find it helpful. I'm sure this will change in the next update, but if it does, that's just another video I'll have to make. Thanks. Paule2934 7 Posted March 7, 2014 For those of us in a place that we can't watch a video... could a brief summary be provided? Will watch the video later.
iBane 381 Posted March 7, 2014 For those of us in a place that we can't watch a video... could a brief summary be provided? Will watch the video later. In terms of accuracy no difference between pristine and damaged scope at range (500m in this demo)
cywehner1234 582 Posted March 7, 2014 Literally did not make a difference. ^
Irish. 4886 Posted March 7, 2014 Exp. update that rolled out w/.37 apparently fixes the scope being off center.. Can confirm?
iBane 381 Posted March 7, 2014 So I'm assuming there is a camo paint recipe for Mosin as well as SKS and others. Didn't see that in the change log.
Leo Balzac 190 Posted March 7, 2014 So I'm assuming there is a camo paint recipe for Mosin as well as SKS and others. Didn't see that in the change log. It is there. Lots of stuff in that log though, so wouldn't be hard to miss.

Paule2934 7 Posted March 7, 2014 This is what I assumed. I have been using a badly damaged scope for the past two days and have taken out multiple people at 200-400m. I have not tried to hit anyone past 400m. One of the snipers I killed yesterday had a pristine LR scope, which I was excited to try... but figured it couldn't be much better because it was already working fine. Any idea about the compensator? I just took one of these from a guy I killed as well and haven't used it yet. Should it make a significant difference in accuracy? Or just make it recoil less for an easier/quicker next shot?
Elle 562 Posted March 7, 2014 Or just make it recoil less for an easier/quicker next shot?this is what it does. I've used badly damaged compensators that are about as useless as none at all but a pristine makes a HUGE difference.
Paule2934 7 Posted March 7, 2014 Interesting, thanks Elle. I think the one I grabbed was worn or damaged unfortunately. No matter, plenty of snipers to kill in Elektro... I will find one tonight no doubt. :D
