The actual fix for that is morphine/splint but it's honestly a waste of those just fix that. Obviously they will have a use, just not now. Keep your eyes on the patch notes. Probably just a setHit / setDamage command a bit messed up, considering the moaning is just a normal ARMA-thing when you're being hit.
