What Land Vehicals Would You Want From DayZ Mod In DayZ SA (Multiple Choice)

I want the UAZ and Tractor for they were my fevourite vehicles in DayZ. The ATV was also excellent as a mobile tent and the bicycle was always fun to use when sniper hunting. Those are the vehicles I want from the DayZ Mod to be put into DayZ SA.

 

So what vehicles do you want put into dayZ Standalone that were in the mod?

No military vehicles, more civilian vehicles like bicycles. However, I would be okay with Humvees if they DID NOT have a gun attatched to the top. Someone can stand in the gunner spot and shoot with their own gun, but I don't want to see a 50. cal machinegun on top of it.

I want normal civilian cars and vehicles.

 

Perhaps a moped. Police Cars. Ambulances. Regular Sedans. Vans. SUVs. Farm equipement like Tractors, bulldozers. Dump trucks.

 

I do not want just military vehicles spawning all over the place.

 

That said there should be something like an Uber rare spawn with hard to find parts that is a APC since that would make sense in dayz

I'd like  to have a realistic balance of car types : old beatem 4x4s, rusty 90s hatchbacks, eastern-block cars, old sedans and wagons, less military ones ( but keeping rare UAZ or humvees ), small delivery trucks, vans, and some emergency vehicles.

 

If they remake the cars just like they remade the inventory, that yould be awesome : changeable, damagable and fixable parts ( swapping engines, charging batteries replacing parts like radiator or alternator, 4x4 being only 2x4 with a damaged driveshaft, engines running on 3 cylinders resulting in lower speeds, etc ), better physics and handling, speeds reajusted ( come on, in real life you can do 60kph easily in a field, it would just ruin the suspension after a while ), pushstarting cars with empty battery, different fuel types, etc

 

What could be nice too is to have way more cars on the map, but making some of them not fixable ( just usefull as spare parts ) or not worth fixing ( with too many broken parts ).

bicycles i gope when added are plenty. you can imagine how many people have bikes and they should be common now like 2 a server.

 

my fav vehicle from mod was the blue " love " bus as i called it. everytime i pass a broken one in sa now im sad it dont work :(

 

 

hopefully they dont add stupid milatary vehicles though. nothing worse than hummer with mg42 :lol: .

 

 

i do want helicopters though as alot of people like them and it gives great gameplay at same time. B)

All of the above.

 

The more the merrier to a point. We do not need 500 total vehicles per server.

 

More pedal bikes, motorcycles and quads. Less 4x4s and military vehicles.

 

As already stated by others I hope the coming system is totally re-vamped to make it more complicated and time consuming to maintain a vehicle.

 

Also - no helis. They became the EZ mode way to own the entire map in the mod and really killed any kind of base building.

 

I for one do not want the SA to become a giant heli hunt/war.
