That's now my third Ammunition Box with 600 5.56 rounds gone. It just disappeared upon login, as usual. I've lost a few Protective Cases and First Aid Kits too. No biggie, I don't really mind too much, time to find some more. It seems much more commonplace since the last patch.

It's strange that I've never lost a pair of cargo pants that I use as a poor man's Protective Case.

Only put stacks of 30 rounds in it. If you would read the description of the box, you would read that it can only hold up to 300 rounds.

Sure you can force feed more in there, but just like trying to hold oversized stacks in your normal inventory, you will lose them sooner or later. I've had stacks of 40 disappear in front of my eyes lol.

There's a bug with the ammo boxes for sure.

I loose stacks from splitting ammo all the time, unless I put all my ammo in the box before emptying any mags, but even then it still happens sometimes.

Only put stacks of 30 rounds in it. If you would read the description of the box, you would read that it can only hold up to 300 rounds.

Is that by any chance confirmed somewhere? I've been cramming them full of 60 stacks since I started SA, but this issue has only just recently started happening.

the ability to make 60 stacks via the double mag has been confirmed to be a bug they arent ment to stack more than 30 you might find it is detecting a hugely bugged item on the hive and clearing it but that part is speculation.. The 60 stack being a bug is confirmed though ...

Cool, didn't know that. That's strange since there's a non-coupled 40 round magazine, but I'll try keeping them stacked only to 30 and see if it happens again. :3

Be very careful where you decide to drop things. Iv lost some good items on restarts a few times.

Yeah that one relates to emptying the card board boxes of ammo ( one i have been stung with having a full inventory... But yeah if you try stacking 5.56 ammo from piles of the ammo it will only get to 30.. Pain in the butt it is clearing your ammo crates... Oh and there was no mention of a 40 stack being a bug but i assume it is also ....
