Pants constantly ruined..

I was between the bunk beds in the military building with the cell and that's when it happened to me. I didn't even take damage, my screen just shaked a little and my pants were ruined.

Doesn't happen often, but my group has seen it a couple times. Ruins everything in the pockets too.

Haven't noticed my pants changing condition (have had them for a few days).

 

Though I have had my legs instantly broken during a server reboot, I think I was sprinting when it went down and when I logged back in, red flash and broken leg (with ruined pants).

Is it a known issue that pants get ruined for no apparent reason? I didn't fall, get shot, get hit by zombies, but for some reason, my pants get ruined. At first I thought I was forgetting about getting into incidents but then I started monitoring it and I definitely did NOT get hit/shot/fell a couple of times, and my pants somehow got ruined in the process.

 

It's the new crap system being implemented. Don't worry.

I've yet to break a leg at log-in, but my character cries out in pain and my screen flashes red every single time.

Could be you just have a nasty case of crotch-rot.

If they get damaged use a sewing kit to patch them up.

I have experienced this a couple of times.

Screen suddenly flashed with shock damage then ruins pants and a few iitems in it. Both times happened on a Hardcore exp server (0.36). I noticed that im always on the 2nd floor of a building when this happens - once in a barn and another in a bar.

I find that if you break your legs, your pants will always get ruined with the items inside it. Funny thing is the boot remained pristine. Now the problem is that stairs, ladders and even tight spaces glitch all the time, so breaking your legs due to bug occurs more often than you'd think. I really think they should increase the spawn rate of wooden stick and morphine until they fix it.
