I updated, and I can get into most servers, but a few of the servers went a little whacky and I get strange marning boxes that they couldn't load certain items. Don't get upset if patches don't work all the time, that's the point; they're supposed to break now so the devs can fix them and have a stable release version! :D Like they said, verify your cache, make sure auto updates and all that are on, and restart Steam.
