Sun is very bright...Something is wrong

Recommended Posts

So when I first started playing this standalone the sun was fine until yesterday. I went to play and now the sun is super bright and the colours fade in and out all the time. Anyone else having this problem?

turn down bloom in graphics settings, and dont stare into the sun if you can help it...it's a star, and is bright enough to bathe an entire solar system in light.

Like I said it was fine a day or so ago and it just randomly turned out like this. Ever since the sun got this way the colours on everything are faded and the games takes ALOT longer to load. I was thinking could be my GPU but its a 760 GTX and its been fine so far.

a 760 gtx should have no problem with this game. if you want to regain color by restoring blood then eat everything you find and drink gallons of water until the healthy status appears. You will then be able to regen blood and the color will return.

sun shafts also could do with a serious nerf. they might be pretty but they're unrealistic and annoying as fuck.

Are you injured? It can get unbearably bright if you're really unwell.

I have had the same thing with healthy status. On some spots and angles the sun gets insane with brightness and basicly cant look in that general direction even. Cant see anything so why bother?

Actually died from that hahahha

it doesnt necessarily mean you are injured. You just havent consumed enough food and water to get your energy level and water level to a certain point.
