IRL you will never be able to shoot 50-cal rifle while standing or sitting because of its huge weight (15-30 kg) and recoil after shot. No living man can effectively shoot 50-cal rifles without.lying down.

So the simple change is to make it possible to shoot from any 50 cal rifle only while lying down.

I'm talking only about realism, not balance issues.

You can fire a .50cal while standing up, unless you are a puny little girl, and or man =)

I'm a 2-meter tall with 112 kg of muscles (i'm not kidding) that felt a considerable recoil from common SVD (IRL), firing common AKM in bursts of 4-6 bullets also is not as easy as it seems, but 50-cal standing? I don't even imagine how much endurance one should have to simply hold 20kg rifle in their hands for a few hours.
