I bandaged a wounded bambi who seemed indifferent, and watched another give himself to the zombies. Everywhere the remains of the dead. I found a Mosin, cargo pants, pristine motorcycle helmet, fire axe, green hoodie and 25 slot backpack as well as enough food and drink for a long hike. I say we gather us a posse and hunt that mother down. No way he should be allowed to open up any cans of beans like that with no effort. If this is gonna happen at random times there's no point playing until it's fixed. [update] Just tried another server and now my character's back with all the stuff. If a spawn is shitty, its shitty. With the current loot table there is no point to go anywhere else but military bases or electro/cherno because all the loot is at those 3 areas, so it makes no sense to go explore because you already know whats coming, its like watching a movie that you have already seen over and over again, there is no "hmm ima go explore, i wonder what i can find". If the loot was randomly distributed through out the map with more weapons and gear with rares deep up north in some tent in the middle of the forest, which would randomly spawn in different areas, or something like that, then yeah it would be cool to just spawn and go on, but not at the current stage of the game. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Met him on the west side of elecktro, which I believed to be the closest spawn to the military stuff, but he ran up to me screaming 'kill me! kill me! kill me!' and followed me around fists up. I laughed and said no but then thought about it and figured he needed a lesson on the new spawns. So I turned around and pulled the Mosin and put one in his head. soulfirez 901 Posted January 4, 2014 New spawns are great there far from military loot you cant be fully armed and reay to kill anything that moves in 5 minutes of spawning (usually with use of server hoping) forces people to explore a little get to know the map see something other than balota lol . this is a step in the right direction and well those not liking it are not liking it for the re gearing factor LOL. It also makes meeting up for first time starting friends easier your all that side of the map without a huge HUGE shooting gallery location balota catching new players un aware of how bad locations like balota are. People are still going to kill at balota just now they need a little more time to get there heck maybe on the trip there they will have a change of heart (now i am kidding myself lol ).. Now it's all well and good that you're doing yet another YouTube series on DayZ, because what we really need is another DayZ YouTube series, but you're doing it within the Alpha, man. Rocket has all but promised that he's going to screw you over. He was a little more polite about it, but that's what the large words that said "Don't buy this game, yet" actually meant.
