OP, did you make that map? Your spelling sucks.

I think 50 players on one server is already enough but I'd like to see also inland spawns.

I played on moded DayZ mod with inland spawns and they ruined the game.

You felt no achivement for traveling north, away from the coast. Also revenge kills etc.

I would like spawn to stay on the coast.  Definitely get a thrill out of initial survival and continuing my journey north to gear up.

I don't see anything wrong with 60 players on a server.  Like someone mentioned, with private servers you can set the cap anyway.  So why are we talking about this?

Regardless, on a 40 player server 35 of them are most likely on the coast and concentrated near Cherno and Balota.  I travel north and rarely see anyone.

In all honesty i have had this happen, where I never find a player, however in my current experience of standalone i commonly come across players away from the coast and found that i usually see a player in every 3-4km i travel.

Lucky you. Of my Standalone career travelling north, ive only seen 3 people above the middle of the map. 1 person at NWAF, 1 person at Vybor and another at the mil base south of vybor. Its pretty lonely up there. Every time i go to NWAF the loot is untouched. I pretty much leave that place with full ammo and camo'ed out toon. And im talking about 20+ people in the server.

Everyone is holding up in Balota. I end up coming down there just to get shot at since the north is empty on my play throughs.

OP, you do realize that those players are on average about 2 clicks or about a mile apart? And that doesn't even account for people clustering around the coast and NWAF.  Plus with all the enterable buildings, you can probably hide a dozen people in Cherno or Electro and they'd never see each other if they were stealthy.

I think the game can stand a few more players.  Most of the servers never cap out anyway, so people can always choose less populated servers if they want to go all I Am Legend.

I agree that the player cap needs to be higher. You will not see anybody if you venture north, and if you do, they're most likely in the Veresnik military base or NW airfield. Also, the player spawns should be distributed better all along the coast, all the way up to the northeastern and eastern coastline. And also the loot, so nobody feels the need to go to Cherno/Elektro just to get anything worthwhile to start with. Since the big military bases are in the north western part of the map, the best loot should be found there and the "goal" for many would be to venture towards that direction for better protection.

Also, as somebody already said, once tents are implemented back into the game, people will most likely spread out from the hotspots to keep and effectively hide their loot.

Just let people with there own servers choose the amount of players allowed on. It will be cool if there is a huge server like 500 people having huge death matches, I would love servers like this where you can go all rambo on everyone if you want to, maybe a staking server where people are tped to each other in a arena to stake there Inventory and just regular plain servers.

Zombie numbers and the loot system are being worked on though...

If they get sorted to the level their making it out to be, I guarantee that a server could home 100 people without much of a problem... Obviously performance would go down there - until multi-threading is sorted, and servers of that size probably aren't a good idea. But my point is, servers could have more people on comfortably once the stuff their planning on implementing is actually well...

Implemented.

Doesn't happen. Everybody will be at the coast. Head 2 kilometers in land, and there will be no people.

Yes. The coast will resemble the beach scene from Saving Private Ryan only with the defenders winning all the time ;-)

If there were not so many server hoppers at military bases I would rarely see people anywhere off the coast so I would love to see the player limit increased to 75-100. Also if anyone has explored the Northern part of the map you can tell there will be more playable area added North of Berenzino and the NEAF running all the way to the NWAF. It could add quite a bit of playable area and more people means more encounters and any veteran will tell you player encounters are what makes this game interesting.

In the games current state I would be all for more players. But when base building gets introduced, a 150 cap would be so harsh lol. Remember trying to sustain a base on a 60+ server....hard as hell. Most of mine lasted less than a week. I know there would be groups, but even say 75 players trying to build could get crowded.
