:( commercialisation :( shameful. kinda disappointing but i won't lose faith in the mod; am just saddened that the updates on the situation have been few and far between. no one ever said for sure when it'd be done but really?

yeah i made up stories alright! uhh if it's in internal testing and ready to be shown at a show i'm pretty sure it's good. no more buggy than what currently exists? i didn't burn my 30 bucks. i couldn't be happier.

The presentation at rezzed is a PREVIEW, not the finished patch. of course they want to use the current hype around DayZ for their business, everyone would, money makes the world go round.

But they didn't delay the patch just to show it on Rezzed.

OK, now getting pissed off - been waiting over a week to play again due to silly glass bone syndrome, now I hear via fucking Twatter that the update is being held back for some marketing opportunity? WTF.

Rocket if you want to dick about with the update, that's your call, but please for humanity's sake give us a hotfix for the broken bones so DayZ is at least playable in the interim :@

Any replies containing the word 'alpha', 'tears' or claiming 1.7.1.5 is playable need not be posted and should instead be printed out, rolled up and shoved up the author's backside.

And yes, I know it's Rocket's mod so he can do what he wants, I have said as much if you bothered to read :rolleyes:

Broken bones is not that much of a problem, dude.

You cannot even update ArmA to something higher than 93965 if you have ArmA X. It's just makes playing impossible.

Haha anarchy, its a forum bro. And why are so many ppl all white knighty about a thread that Rocket will just lock and never look into.

Im still supportive and I know Rocket could take the critisime with a grain of salt IF he would read it. But the fact that tons of ppl have been suggesting and helping in here only to be left in the dark doesnt gives me the idea that rules should still be followed.

Personally I come here to see if theres any progress whatsoever and also enjoy reading peoples general opinion on the recent ''development''. I have calm tits, and I know Rocket will deliver with 1.7.2 and on but im just slightly disappointed about the overall communication. THAT is the main cause of the derailment of your precious thread too btw.
