So, will I be able to run it? Here are my system specs: CPU: Intel Core i5 3210M 2.5ghzGPU: Nvidia Geforce 610M 2GbRAM: 8Gb Thank you -Ozvooky

Wheunis 228 Posted February 12, 2014 The only thing that worries me at all is the Geforce 610. Its a really weak card in comparison to other options.Even my Radeon 7970 struggles a bit in bigger cities like Cherno, Electro, and Svetlo. See here: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GT+

Death_Dealer 3155 Posted February 13, 2014 you will be able to technically run it, but you'll struggle a lot even on low settings. Post here (http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/154395-can-i-run-dayz-retail-post-here/) in the future :)

Thanks.Desktop1920 x 1080Intel Core i5 4570 3.2GHzGainward GeForce GTX 760 Phantom 2GB8GB RamSSD? YesThanks. We have the same hardware specs with the only difference that i have a cpu bottleneck. (AMD Phenom II x6 1075t) I say you will play the game fine. In most places i have 33+ FPS with this crappy CPU . Only towns are a problem with me, 15-20 FPS tops. Go for it. hegysk 1 Posted February 13, 2014 (edited) Well, I actually run DayZ just want to know guys some feedback if the performance I am getting is normal.- AMD FX-6350@4,76 GHz- 8 GBs 1600MHz Corsair's- HD7790 1GB OC @1145 MHz 1920x1080, low-to-medium settings (the most FPS depenadble are set to LOW) Getting, lets split... Wilderness, simple spaces = 50-60 fps, Small villages, simplier spaces = 35-60fps and Bigger towns, massive amout of objects =20-30fps. Just wondering is this is okay, or should I fix/set something, or just use to it.For exaple in CS:GO i get 250-400fps...Eventuelly, what is the biggest bottleneck, I guess in my case it should be Graphics Card? (I know the CPU is not the highend but anyways...) Edited February 13, 2014 by hegysk

colekern 1364 Posted February 15, 2014 snip I have a friend that has similar specs, and he can run it. Expect to run the game in medium/low settings in 720p or 900p. You should get an average of around 35-45 fps in forests, and 20 in large towns (30 FPS in generally considered the minimum standard, it's what a lot of Xbox 360/PS3 games run in). Not smooth, but playable. As for upgrades, that's sadly not how it works. Upgrading generally refers to replacing hardware. Hardware is the internal parts of your computer. for example, if my processor is weak, I can buy a new one and replace it. Unfortunately, you can't upgrade a laptop. If you have any questions about in-game settings, shoot me a PM. I'd be happy to help.
