I would imagine getting into SA pre-alpha would be something like getting into the inner party. Ask O'Brian, I'm sure he will know.

You must mail a bucket of fried chicken to their offices every day for a year in order to get a key.

 

Or you can be like me and mail a year's worth of fried chicken in buckets.
