Make the old bandit skin a find-able item

I would like to find the old bandit skin as a piece of clothing that I can equip, like the current Camo and Ghillie suits.

This would probably be one of the easiest suggestions here to implement.

Just that we could use more camos/skins in general.

Personally I would love to spawn in kind of civilian cloth without tactvest etc and then later find contractor clothing as well as camo uniforms.

Btw since DLC Army of Czech Republic is on its way I can only hope we can get also vz95 czech camo :-). You can see it in attached pic
