The most eciting kill I ever had was when I snook up on a sniper near cherno,he was a litle british kid about 2 years younger than me, I trolled him on the mic, telling him to turn around, as he began to move, I went around him and shot him in the back of the head.

my most impressive kill was a desync as well , i saw a guy that was running into the wall at the factory at sol , so i shot him and it showed up with what i killed him and what range i killed him from and it was , ( pureskill was killed by Horseyspc with a m9sd from range 1731 away ) then everybody called me a hacker on the server so i'm like what up just using my PURE SKILLS! that's all ^_^  

 

. till i decided to run to north south east airfield and guess who i meet dead on the ground.................  PURESKILL! and he had a dmr with a svd camo in his back pack . YES SUCCESS!

I was in the hills at the back of Balota Air field watching the coast on a busy server....Lots of bambies went running by and I even took out some zombies for em...Then I see this guy in camo with an akm hanging around the tower and he was shooting and murdering every newbie that came along. He ended up getting about 4 or 5 poor bastards. I could not get a clear shot on him until he went into the tower. He bent over to pick up somthing on the floor and I shot him in the spine from about 700 yards with an m24 (which is no great feat for it is a very acurate gun and I had already ranged the place up). But that has to be one of my most rewarding kills. The bastard was not even a bandit, just a bambie murderer, so was good to dish out some of his own medicine to him!!

shot a guy in his back while a teammate was swearing him he was friendly..all to steal his motorbike(he was carrying the fuel from a close gas station :-D)

 

and the most exciting non-kill:

 

i find a guy and follow him in the north..he's killed buy a ghillie near a car..the ghillie starts repairing..i watch, i start flanking when another player comes and falls dead..i stop: bino: sniper in the bushes..a ural comes..another bunch of big dogs in camo and stanag rifles..second sniper above the first comes down to the car, they finish the job and go away with both vehicles..i sit happy in my skin..

This happened just last week... I raided NEAF, found myself some sort of silenced M4/M1? Anyway, I took a few shots and was low on blood, so I decided to head down to the Berezino hospital. Got a few blood bags, antibiotics and heaps of bandages, as a I made my way out I was taking fire from a sniper, he took something like 5 shots and only hit me on one! I had a rough idea of where he was so I pretended to drive away in my Ural, but I stopped 1000m out of Berezino. I flanked all the way round, I was about 200m from his estimated location... And I seen him, running straight towards me! So I proned in a pine tree  to try ambush him when he runs past, he got within less than 10m of me then BOOM, he dropped dead. But not from my gun, a ghillie suited fella walked out of a bush about 50m away. Somehow he hadn't seen me trying to flank the sniper, while he was busy looting the body I told him in direct com 'I see you in the ghillie suit mate, if you make one move I will kill you. Drop your weapons now!' He did as I said, but I was so excited about getting the dead guys M24 I forgot about the ghillie's backpack. I turned around to make sure he was still where I told him, but he was no where to be seen. Thats when it hit 'Shit, Im gonna die'. I ran into a pine tree, but this time I didnt prone in the one I first went in to, I ran down 2 or 3 trees. I sat there for 10 minutes, and then what do I see trying to flank me? The ghillie! Sure enough, he's got a AKM, He thought I was in the first pine tree, he crouched behind a bush ready for me to come out and smash me in the face. But no, 2 swift stanag sd rounds to the head and he was a goner! I helped myself to both players loot, M24 with 5 mags, M9sd with 4 mags, a ghillie suit, GPS and another 6 stanag mags! I have no idea why he was carrying stanag sd when he didnt even have a silinced gun? To date, that is my most exciting moment and kill in DayZ :)

Well I just got on the bandit lifestyle, so I don't have much. But there was this one kill I enjoyed a lot. Some dude had an M14 AIM and was pretty geared up. My friend had just died and spawned in and was with me. I shot the dude on top of the firehall with a DMR and killed him. I had a sneaking suspicion he would try to come back for his gear since he had some pretty nice stuff. He did come back, with a friend. I think he approached and saw in the distance his body was still on the firehall (we left it there minus his gun + other items hoping he might come back). I didn't shoot him immediately but let him approach his body to get his hopes up.

 

As he stands still over his body I shoot him again knocking him out, then before his friend could respond I shoot him too and finished them both. My friend and I had a pretty good laugh + good gear after that.

Funfact:  This DayZ story happened to me a year ago and it's still one of my most glorifying moments well worth repeating.  Enjoy!

 

My friend and I infiltrated Rog Castle earlier this morning.
As we ran into the front arch way, my buddy gets shot up and killed.
I went prone and discovered that the shots were coming from the main tower.
I got into position and camped with my cross-hairs on the door to the main tower.
Waiting for him to run out and loot my friend's dead corpse.... and...
Sure enough, BAM!
I killed him.

Some time passes and I begin to approach the door way and spot a 2nd player on the staircase aiming down with an M4A1 CCO SD and wearing a Coyote pack.
I know if I were to run in, he'd easily kill me from his vantage point.
***begin Mexican stand-off***
15 minutes pass (him inside, me outside).
I check to make sure no one's sneaking up behind me.
I look back.
He's gone.
I assume he either moved up or down the staircase.
I continue to hold my position puppy-guarding the door way.

About another 5 minutes pass and I hear very quiet foot steps walking in the grass from behind me.
I turn around with just enough time to shoot him as he stops and starts unloading on me.
He dies.
I have 7000 blood.
Quickly bandaged and focused back on the doorway.

Finally I had enough of waiting.
I ran in.
To my surprise... the tower was empty?
WTF?

I go back down to see what this player has (the guy who shot me down to 7000 blood from behind).
NO WAY! :OOO
He has an M4A1 CCO SD and Coyote pack.
Coincidence?
Or did he server hop, move outside, log back into my server, spawn behind me, and try to shoot me in the back?

This happened just last week... I raided NEAF, found myself some sort of silenced M4/M1? Anyway, I took a few shots and was low on blood, so I decided to head down to the Berezino hospital. Got a few blood bags, antibiotics and heaps of bandages, as a I made my way out I was taking fire from a sniper, he took something like 5 shots and only hit me on one! I had a rough idea of where he was so I pretended to drive away in my Ural, but I stopped 1000m out of Berezino. I flanked all the way round, I was about 200m from his estimated location... And I seen him, running straight towards me! So I proned in a pine tree  to try ambush him when he runs past, he got within less than 10m of me then BOOM, he dropped dead. But not from my gun, a ghillie suited fella walked out of a bush about 50m away. Somehow he hadn't seen me trying to flank the sniper, while he was busy looting the body I told him in direct com 'I see you in the ghillie suit mate, if you make one move I will kill you. Drop your weapons now!' He did as I said, but I was so excited about getting the dead guys M24 I forgot about the ghillie's backpack. I turned around to make sure he was still where I told him, but he was no where to be seen. Thats when it hit 'Shit, Im gonna die'. I ran into a pine tree, but this time I didnt prone in the one I first went in to, I ran down 2 or 3 trees. I sat there for 10 minutes, and then what do I see trying to flank me? The ghillie! Sure enough, he's got a AKM, He thought I was in the first pine tree, he crouched behind a bush ready for me to come out and smash me in the face. But no, 2 swift stanag sd rounds to the head and he was a goner! I helped myself to both players loot, M24 with 5 mags, M9sd with 4 mags, a ghillie suit, GPS and another 6 stanag mags! I count my first kill as a series of kills within a few mins..

 

I was to the east of electro looking into the town with my DMR trying to see if there were any players, and if it was safe to go into town. I've never killed another player up until this point, I always tried to just avoid people and gear up. Well I looked into electro at the office building and I saw someone on the roof with a lee enfield shooting at something. I decided that this was too easy of a shot and I had to take it, my first shot hit him in the shoulder and he dropped down to prone and tried to crawl back inside. I quickly adjusted my aim and get a clean headshot on him. I kept my scope on him to make sure he was down for the count, but then I heard more gunshots.. I looked at the west firestation and there were two bandits killing a bambi on the roof.. no clue how that situation got started, but I decided to intervene. I hit the first bandit in the chest and quickly readjusted and got a headshot on him, the other bandit didn't even notice his buddy died and was still looting the player they killed, so that allowed me to get a quick headshot on him.. after that I was hooked. I had to kill more! a few mins went by and I saw a hero running away from a group of zombies.. I took the shot and got him in the head, at that point I was immediately looking for another target when I get hit by something.. I get up and swing around to the right to see who was shooting at me, when in fact it was the two bandits I saw earlier with a crowbar trying to exact revenge upon me. I panic and shot off 5 rounds of my dmr into the closest guy, his buddy gets up and tries to run. Im reloading and watching him run into the forest, finally after what seems like an eternity my DMR is up and I drop to a knee and give him a million dollar wound lol, shortly followed by a headshot.. after that encounter I was shaking lol and decided that was enough for me for the day and I logged off..

 

I've had a lot of crazy things happen to me since, but that is still my favorite moment in DayZ and ill always remember my first kill lol

Walking out of electro after finding an ak-74 off of a body with it in the hospital.  I had 3 mags so i counted myself pretty well geared.  I also had a revolver with 4 mags(?) and enough stuff to live out in the forest like I usually do.  I was heading out of town when I heard a car coming down the road.  I jumped behind a bush and saw a pick-up pass me by. after it passed I headed back into the city and peeked around the corner.  Three guys in bandit outfits were standing next to the car and I heard in direct that another was looting the body inside the hospital.  I took aim and got a direct headshot on the closest bandit from about 30m away. Then I ran behind the building and around to the back of the hospital.  I could hear them in direct looking for a sniper. Obviously they were fairly new because none of the snipers sound anything like the ak-74.I went to the other side of the hospital and peeked around the corner.  The bandit on this side of the truck saw me and started to shout in direct before I shot him several times in the chest.  I ran again behind the building I took my first shot from and peeked out again.  The looter in the hospital was dragging his downed friend inside, and I saw the other bandit disappear around the corner i was at seconds ago.  I snuck up behind the truck and looked inside the hospital. I couldn't see the looter inside but I could hear him talking in direct chat so I knew he hadn't logged.  The other survivor looked around the corner and saw me.  I took 2 hits before i was able to get fully behind the truck.  I saw the looter peeking around the pillar and shot him in the chest from around the truck knocking him out.  The last conscious bandit shot at the truck again popping a tire and sending the ground and hull sparking.  I aimed at him and pulled the trigger but all i heard was "click".  instead of reloading I pulled my revolver just as he ran around the corner of the truck thinking I was empty. I put three .45 rounds into him one in the head and he fell to the ground.  I started to bandaged myself and had just finished when shots started coming out of the hospital again.  The last two survivors had woken and blood-bagged each other pinning me behind the car.  I pulled out my only grenade and chucked it into the hospital in a random direction.  I heard the blast and the chat lit up with: (name removed) was killed.  The last bandit was unconscious on the floor and I put a bullet in his brain.  I heard zombie screams nearby and started to run out of the town.  I was then banned for hacking under the premise that it is impossible to kill 4 bandits with a grenade and surprise.

Bastard killed me once in Elektro. I spawned in Krutoy Cap and ran through Tulga and buildings between (Not including Rog) and found a DB shotgun with only 2 pellets. I got infected, pain and half blood, but I didn't give up. I kept running, and was just about to give up when searching for him, when I spot movement. He was laying down in a non-obvious location. I panic and shoot him, without properly aiming, fearing he would spot me. If one more pellet had missed, he would have lived, since it said he died from blood loss.

 

Another interesting part of this encounter: after looting him and returning down to Elektro to loot more, I run into him again. He had a bandit skin and DMR, but didn't shoot me. He just wanted to know what my name was and spoke to me casually. He kept stalking me to east elektro, until I went around a wall and was gonna spam him with my DMR (I had a M4a3 CCO on me when I was running). I noticed it was gone. Bastard had somehow sneakily taken it back. I waited for him to come, and spammed STANAG into him. Got my stuff back and killed him twice.

Nothing better than that first kill in my opinion. I had such a bloodlust. Took my Makarov and just took like 5 pot shots at some dude on a motorbike. Then did the whole YouTube double tap and hid his body. Was so nervous and jittery I didn't even take the bike or gear.
