Has a lot of positive stuff that could come of it, and would fit into the whole apocalyptic setting. However, then you have the problem of people spamming them everywhere or just writing garbage on them. Maybe a pen and paper system could be utilized? You could only type a certain amount of characters before your pen runs out of ink. Pens that you find never have the same amount of ink and there would be duds everywhere(dead/dried up). Your english is so bad that it's just hilarious, and that's a good thing! Considering you are a bloodthirsty psychopath anyway, you probably won't need to leave too many important messages to survivors, so just leave your thought and such and people might have a good time reading it. Anyways, this would be an awesome idea.
