Anyone know where Vilayer are for support?

Not sure where to put this!!

Tried every single route in order to get in touch with Vilayer about my mumble channel which went down after payment. No one seems to be answering tickets, skype, customer hotline and it seems no one even bothers to hit up TS any more :(

I noticed a few guys on TS last night that had names ranging from TS down to no server support in the last 24hrs, any ideas what's going on over at V?

Again sorry if this has been put in the wrong forum!!

Pretty sure Vilayer are eu based so going on their TS during the day rather than evening might help, (assuming you're from the UK as your server sig suggests)

other than that no idea sorry.

There's no excuse for them not answering tickets, they've always been a bit slow in that regard.

And yes, i'm gonna go listen to some Aphex Twin right now.

Lol getting more attention for Rchard D James than Vilayer which tbh ain't a bad thing haha!!

Been frequenting their TS for quite a few months m8 and i haven't seen one V guy on there in that time, you would always find Lee on there but he seems to of gone to ground!

looks like submitting a ticket is broken, you get the confirmation email to say you have sent one but actually viewing it on V's webby comes back with zilch :(

Try shaming them on twitter or Facebook. Lee was away for a while and has only the past month or so been back if the tickets arnt going in post it on twitter or Facebook to them I've had a few answers from them that way. I've never really had any bad support from the guys mostly because I fix a lot of the issues myself and even when I have out a ticket in its been answered in a reasonable time. I hope your issue get resolved soon

I couldn't bloody find it m8, did a search and still couldn't see anything and i knew i'd been on their topic here on these forums a while ago. Like i said i did say sorry if i had posted in the wrong section, i'll head on over there now.

I didn't have any problems with my supporttickets, as long as you write in a way they can figure out exactly what you're trying to say. And as for the TS: they don't support in a way that they're just hanging out on there waiting for people. But if you request it, they'll come on there pretty quick to have a chat with you personally. That's the way it works.
