Mod suggestion: Player Model Zombies

Hi,

I would like to suggest that Razor add in new zombies to the mod version that look like dead survivors, heroes, and bandits. Since bandits now have that new (old) skin on, they can have their headwrap removed and the zombie skin texture added and not look the same as a survivor zombie. This would make it seem as though players that have been killed and turned into zombies themselves. I would suggest they be a rare occurrence, but there nonetheless.

The zombies are not undead. They are infected people that are still alive. Hence why they die from body-shots, for example.

Edit; THAT SAID, I would NOT mind the player models being used for zombies. Who says only those who survived so far are walking around in light body-armor and/or a very specific set of clothing?

Yeah, definitely. I want them to wear like space gloves and have tubes coming out of their helmets and fire guns like you'd see in an Aliens movie, because in the future, zombies have guns too. B)

Perhaps they even have some survival gear on them like a lootable backpack, bandages, or somesuch? Nothing too op of course.

That would actually be really cool. Especially if they were to have survival style gear on them. Would make it more worth it to kill zombies.

I would rather they implemented more lootable skins for players , with all sorts of different uniforms etc , so at least people can have a chance at getting some sort of identifiable gear .

Zeds I couldn't care less about at this stage .

I can picture players running up to them shouting "friendly, friendly" right before chewing their arse off!

Do it, have them roam forests and such, might minimise KOS a little, as in not giving your position away too easily.

I think this would be a good idea as someone stated above I would love to see people go running up shouting friendly.

I couldn't agree more with different varieties of zombies(just looks, no attributes)

 

I'd also like to see some zombies drop more of loot such as..

 

• Box of Matches
• Flashlights
• Watches
• Compass
• Or even binoculars..

It also makes us feel that these once citizens were actually citizens of Chernarus carrying such items like I have listed above. This would have to be rare to somewhat moderate to find on zombie corpses.
