I can not stand it. Almost everyone sais CLIP when referring to a MAGAZINE.

I see this as an ongoing issue on the world we live in. With no way to solve it, so next time your about to say clip, say magazine instead. A Magazine is the thing you put bullets in then put in your gun.

Who cares? Do you know everything about hobbies you do not care about? Would you laugh at a Game of Thrones nerd correcting you and saying the series is called a Song of Ice and Fire? Nobody gives a shit about your specific hobby, the asshatery of gun porn enthusiasts is just overwhelming at times. I love firearms and own a couple myself but the gun nuts are just too much to take sometimes. The only thing I agree with them on is the completely made up term Assault Rifle, otherwise I could really care less if someone calls a suppressor a silencer. We get it, you enjoy firearms try not to be pretentious about minor semantics.

I dont really mind the clip vs mag issue. Its as old as the hills and will never be resolved.

I hate folk saying Xerox when they mean photocopy.

There's loads of 'em out there.

Plus, remember the english language is a fluid thing and does change over time, if enough people refer to that thing as a clip, no matter how incorrectly it eventually becomes called that thing.

I accidently typed "clip" when referring to a "magazine" into the Bis forums recently and got insta told off by a fellow member, ho hum!

In real life I don't think you'd get confused if i had an AKM and asked for you to pass me a clip. Although if that did happen I think we'd both be wondering a) why I had a weapon and ammo and B) why you were in my room.
