Lol, sadly experience tells me that's actually what most people do. In all the different DayZ communities I've been involved with whenever we've held a pole people always vote for vanilla and/or hardcore and then the server sits there for months with five regular players while the customised servers stay busy. Sad but true.

Mhm, hardcore pole holding with five people... mmmm.

But yeah, I can see what you mean. Every time I try to find a nice vanilla server my eyes tear up before five minutes have passed. And the ones I find puts me against two or three other players. Are people really this boring nowadays? :)

I agree. There are other games or another map rather than Chernarus that we could lay our server resources on. I doubt the server would get populated at all.

Yes I would play on a vanilla server! I've actually been looking for one for my clan and me but have been having trouble finding one. I do have a few in mind but am looking for more options.

Also a few tiny changes to the Chernarus map I think would be in order to balance it out a bit.

Beck there are other games or another map we could put our servers resources on. We don't have to focus on DayZ only. We got the Minecraft, lets go for something else aswell!
