Details are in the OP, you just need to add R4Z0R49 on skype, he will add you to the skype call which has a link in the topic with all the download and install instructions,

Play on the server, any bugs you come across just type into skype chat,

Theres new updates pretty much everyday as bugs get fixed and new things are tried.
